We are planning to officially launch our website www.hyderabadnow.in by end of March by the time hopefully we reach 10K subscribers on our channel. We would like to solve some real problems and pain points that you currently face with existing popular websites like 99acres or housing_com specific to Hyderabad Market. We would like to take your suggestion and incorporate before the official launch by end of this month. We have the beta version live now and we are already planning to solve some of the below pain points:
- While viewing the brochure of any property just for analysis we give our phone number and get unwanted calls from the Real estate developer.
- Many of the properties listed are from agents and those are not properly categorized.
- Actual availability is not updated real time hence you have to make many unnecessary calls.
- Latest status of the project is not updated in the websites and hence the current status can not be known unless you check latest videos on Youtube (if avialable).
Though we understand some of these issues are difficult to solve at large scale but since we are focusing primarily on the West Hyderabad Market we can solve some of these issues cosidering our laser focus of this area.
